All products displayed on ohrajin.com are intended for cosmetic and professional skincare use only.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Products may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site.
4. Orders and Availability
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by OHRAJIN GROUP Inc.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases at our discretion, including suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout where applicable.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions must be completed in the currency specified.
By submitting an order, you authorize OHRAJIN (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
OHRAJIN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee.
Promotional items (free samples, gifts with purchase) must be included with the return.
Items must be securely packed—original packaging preferred—to prevent damage in transit.
Certain product categories may be final sale for safety/compliance reasons (see product page).

> Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is delivered to our facility for inspection and refund processing. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (refer to our Return Policy for full details).
8. Professional Use Products
Certain OHRAJIN products are available exclusively to licensed medical or aesthetic professionals.
By purchasing these items, you confirm that you are authorized to use or resell such products in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. U.S. Sales and FDA Compliance
For purchases fulfilled through OHRAJIN US LLC, all sales are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Products distributed in the United States are intended for cosmetic or aesthetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Some products may be registered or listed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where applicable; however, unless expressly stated, OHRAJIN does not claim FDA clearance or approval for every product.
Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with all local regulations and professional licensing requirements prior to using or reselling OHRAJIN products in their respective jurisdictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, logos, images, graphics, and product information—is the property of OHRAJIN GROUP Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our express written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.

For Canadian customers, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, or Broward County, Florida, as applicable.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
